Vendor and Booth Space Rental Information

Please be advised: Our June 6th Unionville Festival has been cancelled for this year.

The City of Markham is officially cancelling all of its own events until May 15, but at this point it would seem that date will likely be extended further into the Spring, maybe Summer, so unfortunately our committee has decided that this year’s Unionville Festival has been cancelled.

We are no longer accepting applications for Vendors, Parade or Krazy Kraft registrations.

Our vendors are an important part of the festival.
We look forward to you joining us for the 51st Unionville Festival on
June 6th 2020.

For 2020, the registration process for all vendors has changed. We have partnered with the world’s leading event management software provider to make your registration experience as smooth as possible.

Please be sure to read the following before proceeding:

  • The 2020 Festival is one day only, Saturday June 6.

  • Vendor registration is available online only. Registration forms are not available to print and mail in.
  • Payment can be made by credit card (or via a PayPal account).
  • There are different registration process for "For-Profit" Food Vendors, including Food Trucks, and all other vendors.
  • Due to the limited number of spaces for food vendors, and to ensure a wide variety of food offerings, food vendors must apply for a space. They will be informed of the status of their application by April 1 and must pay by April 15, to ensure a spot.
  • Other Vendors must pay when registering, to ensure a space.
  • In the registration process vendors will be given the option to choose a preferred location on or near Main Street Unionville.  While we do our best to accommodate your preference, we cannot guarantee any particular location.
  • In early May we will provide an update on arrangements for the 2020 festival.
  • Booth locations and numbers will be provided approximately one week before the festival. We cannot confirm any location information before then.

Booth Detail
  • Each booth space measures 10' x 10' (3m x 3m).
  • Each vendor must supply their own tables, chairs and canopies. Canopies are highly recommended in all weather conditions.
  • No electrical hookups are available
  • No water is provided
Set up time:
  • Saturday 8 am to 9 am. No vehicle access after 9 am.
Shut down times:
  • Saturday 5 pm, is strictly enforced as per City of Markham regulations


Booth Rates

We offer different rates dependent on vendor type. 
We offer Early Bird Special rates to encourage early sign up. 
Early Bird Rates are in effect up to midnight  April 15. 
On & After April 16, regular rates will apply.
